Socket elbow is a high-pressure pipe fitting made through die forging and lathe machining processes. Its core function is to change the direction of the pipe while ensuring sealing and pressure-bearing capabilities. It is mainly applied in industrial fields such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical and health care, nuclear power, and environmental protection, meeting the requirements of high-pressure and high-precision piping systems.
Structural composition: It is composed of socket, spigot, curved part and socket slot, and the pipe connection is achieved through socket welding.
Angle classification: 45°, 90° and 180° elbows are common types, and there are also customized non-standard angle types such as 60°.
Material types: It includes carbon steel (such as ASTM A105), stainless steel (such as 304/316L), alloy steel (such as F11/F22) and special materials (such as duplex steel F51).
